Code is Poetry

As a poet and programmer, I was glad to see this written on Wordpress site. It takes great brain power to write poems. The same applies to programming too. Poets paint their ideas and feelings with words and programmers seek ways to compose software to solve their own problems and the problems of others.
I can't imagine how I can create powerful software if I don't use the software composed by other crazy brains. Appreciating the work of others empowers me to build with the user in mind.
Code is really poetry.

More on PhD (Pull Him Down)

It is a disease that has come to stay in this part of the world (Ghana). I told someone the other day I wonder if it is embedded in our genes. I just hate to discourage people from doing what I cant do yet that is what I see around me each and everyday.
In this part of the world, one has to motivate themselves if they want to embark on something. Looking for motivation from fellows will just keep you stuck or disappointed in doing a single thing. I am a self-motivated guy and I wish everyone is the same - a far-fetched wish.
Each individual is unique and everyone can't be me.
Just imagine this senario. Yesterday a guy told me they need more lecturers in their department yet the Senior lecturers intentionally hesitate to approve of thesis of upcoming young guys.
It is just a PhD attitude down here.
Bye folks.

About Me

Hi everybody!
Sadart Abukari blogging here.
This is my first blog on blogger. I am a crazy programmer in Ghana. I code every language I see since programming is my hobby. I code, code and code no matter what anyone says about programming. Some crazy folks told me to stop coding since all the codes in the world have already been written.
It's kind of saying one should not cook since all the recipes in the world have already been prepared by someone.
I understand that is kind of Ghanaian behaviour. We have a "syndrome" coined "PhD"(Pull him Down). If a Ghanaian (should I say African?) can't do better than what the other person is doing they tend to discourage them. I wonder why they don't keep their mouth shut if they can't encourage them. This is a funny place to be.
I am not trynna paint Ghana black. Ghana is one of the most peaceful place to be. I might tell the secrets of peaceful existence in Ghana in another post. I gotta pause and code. A crazy idea is just springing up in my mind.
